  1. Do you browse your phone on your bed before sleep? Apparently that’s quite bad too …

    Yet, I’ve been looking for something that could hold my iPad so I could browse it while I lie facing up.

      • Might be the cause of your insomnia … as hard as it is to admit that to yourself. I’ve been justifying it (the browsing in bed thing) by telling myself that I don’t have trouble sleeping, but it does delay it by a minimum of 2 hours …

        For some reason the internet becomes a lot more interesting after 12 :/
