Swamped

Here’s the deal, I’m currently down with a cough that threatens to kill me every time it attacks. It’s particularly vicious during the time when I wake or just before I want to sleep. Each cough feels like my lungs are going to be coughed out. That’s how bad it is. And for the first time in my life, I’ve actually bought honey to soothe my aching throat. Let’s hope it works. *grim*

On a another note, I’ve been doing nothing much since the end of the musical (for those who don’t know or aren’t aware of the pictures of me posted on facebook, yes, I took part in a freaking school musical but didn’t even blog about it, that’s how demotivated I was about blogging). Now it’s all starting to catch up with me again, two assignments due next week! Cherrie shall face quite a few sleepless nights again.

On yet another different note, albeit a slightly happier one, I’ve finally mustered enough courage to have a look at the Bar List for my exams today. I’ve been putting off seeing the list every time the boyfriend suggests to have a look at it. Reason being I was too chicken to see it, I think I’d have died if I were barred. I’m not too good with breaking the rules. -__- And true, my attendance has been less than stellar this semester, to say the least. So I waited until now, when it’s already too late to send in an appeal. Thank goodness I wasn’t barred for any subjects! Which means now all I have to worry about is studying like crap for the next few weeks to cover all of the 14 weeks’ syllabus so that my 3-pointer CGPA would remain where it is. Sigh. -.-

I hope I’d be able to squeeze in some time to upload some pictures into this blog. Streamyx and its consistency in providing the best service though…

p.s. Did I mention that I’m now half blind? Yes it’s true. The girl who’s ever dependant on her glasses forgot to bring them back from KL when she went back last month. So I’ve been going around without glasses for weeks now. I do wear contacts, but only in uni. They tire my eyes out so I have no choice. 😦 Haih, I wanna go back to KL soon. The food, the malls, the idyllic life where I have nothing to do but sit at home like a bum. Sighhhhhhhhhh.
